A Health worker was Thursday arraigned before Buganda Road Magistrates Court for allegedly trespassing into State House Nakasero.
Prosecution alleged that on August 7, 2023 at Nakasero in Kampala with intent to annoy or intimidate SFC soldiers guarding State House, Jacob Asiimwe a resident of Kakika Cell, Kamukuzi Division in Mbarara City trespassed on State House Nakasero.
However, Asiimwe denied the charges when he appeared before Buganda road court grade one magistrate Siena Owomugisha.
